The questions that come up first

Don't see what you need? Ask us directly and we'll add it.

The same people who scope the work, build it, and answer when something needs attention. No account manager relaying messages to a team you never meet. We also keep the number of active projects small so each one gets real attention, which means timelines depend on what's open. We'll tell you straight where things stand.

Audits run roughly $1,500 to $3,500. Website builds typically land between $8,000 and $25,000 depending on page count and complexity. Ongoing growth retainers start around $2,500 a month. Custom software is scoped individually and generally starts around $20,000. You get a fixed written quote before any work begins.

A focused marketing site is usually four to eight weeks. Bigger sites and custom applications take longer. What usually holds a project up isn't development, it's waiting on content and feedback, so we build those checkpoints into the timeline and flag it early if we're slipping.

All of it, from the first commit. The repository is yours, the hosting is in your name, and the documentation is written assuming someone else might take it over someday. We don't build on proprietary platforms that make leaving expensive. If the only thing keeping you here is how painful it'd be to go, that's not a partnership worth having.

Often yes, and it's frequently the better deal. Plenty of sites are built on solid ground and held back by a handful of fixable things: slow loading, fuzzy messaging, broken tracking, or a form nobody finishes. The audit tells us whether fixing what you have beats starting over. Sometimes it does.

Both. We're in the Salt Lake City area and work with businesses across Utah County and up and down the Wasatch Front, where grabbing coffee is easy. We also work fully remote with clients elsewhere in the country, which has been normal for years now.

We'd rather tell you than take work we're not right for. Print design, video production, and big enterprise systems integration are all outside what we do well. Where we can, we'll point you to someone who does that work properly.

Projects run on milestones: a deposit to start, payments at agreed checkpoints, and the balance at launch. Retainers bill monthly up front and you can cancel with thirty days' notice once the initial term is up. Ad spend goes straight from you to Google, never marked up, never routed through us.

Grouped by service. Each service page has these too, along with the detail behind them.

Website Design & Development

A focused marketing site usually runs four to eight weeks from kickoff to launch, depending on how much content needs writing and how fast reviews come back. Bigger sites with a lot of service or location pages take longer. You get a written timeline before we start, and if something slips you hear about it then, not at the end.

No, but expect some of it to change. We go through what you have, keep what's working, and rewrite the pages doing the heaviest sales lifting. If you'd rather write it yourself, we'll hand you a page-by-page brief so you're not staring at a blank document.

Yes. Anything that changes often is set up so you can edit it without touching layout or design code. If your team needs to edit a lot and isn't technical, we'll wire in a lightweight CMS and walk you through it.

Launch is where the measuring starts. We stay on for a set period to watch the analytics, fix what real traffic turns up, and hand you a ranked list of improvements. Anything ongoing is optional, and we never bundle it into the build price to make that number look smaller.

Custom Web Applications

Buy when your process is genuinely standard, because a product company will always out-invest a custom build. Build when the process is the thing that makes you competitive, or when the off-the-shelf option would force you to change how you work in ways that cost more than the software saves. We'll give you a straight answer even when the answer is buy.

They will, and that's normal. We work in short cycles with something you can look at by the end of each one, so changes surface while they're still cheap. Anything that meaningfully shifts scope gets a written note on cost and timeline before anyone commits to it.

You do, all of it, in your own repository, from the first commit. No licensing arrangement, no hosting lock-in, and no world where we're the only ones who can help you.

SEO & Content Strategy

Technical fixes can move things in weeks. Content and authority work realistically takes three to six months to show clearly, longer in a crowded market. Anyone promising you first-page rankings in thirty days is either targeting terms nobody searches or about to do something that gets you penalized later.

No, and nobody honest does, because nobody controls Google's ranking systems. What we will commit to is a defined scope, clear reporting on what changed, and a straight read on whether the money is paying off.

Usually, because they do different jobs. Ads give you volume you can turn up and down, and it stops the day you stop paying. Organic takes longer and then keeps working. Running both is also just useful: your ad data shows which terms actually convert, which is great input for the SEO plan.

Google Ads Management

It depends on what clicks cost in your market and how many leads you need, but under roughly fifteen hundred a month in media spend, most accounts can't gather data fast enough to optimize on. We'd rather tell you that up front than charge a management fee on a budget too small to work.

No. Charging a cut of spend pays us to spend more of your money, which is a terrible incentive. We work on a flat monthly fee based on how complex the account is.

Yes, and it's often the better place to start, because the history in there is worth something. The account stays yours the whole time. We'll never make you move into an agency-owned account, which is a trick that exists to make leaving hard.

Analytics & Conversion Optimization

The usual tells: conversion counts that don't match the inquiries actually hitting your inbox, traffic lumped almost entirely into direct or unassigned, or Google Ads reporting way fewer conversions than GA4. An audit takes a few hours and almost always turns up something worth fixing.

If you get visitors in the EU or UK, or you fall under California's privacy law, effectively yes. Google also requires Consent Mode v2 signaling for ads shown to EEA users. Even for a US-only business it's becoming the safer default, and done right it barely costs you any measurement.

Branding & Positioning

Usually the website. A full rebrand earns its keep when your positioning has genuinely changed, when the identity is actively costing you credibility, or when you're moving into a new market. Otherwise you'll probably get more out of clearer messaging on a better-built site, and we'll tell you that.

Yes, and often that's the right call. We can extend an identity you already have into a proper web design system without throwing away recognition you've spent years building.

AI & Automation

Sometimes, in narrow places. Summarizing inbound inquiries, drafting first-pass replies, pulling structured data out of documents, and sorting support requests are all genuinely useful. Handing over your sales process or publishing content nobody read first is where it goes badly. The whole game is choosing carefully.

Not if the integration is set up right. The business tiers at the major providers contractually keep your inputs out of training, and for sensitive work there are models that run entirely inside your own infrastructure. We raise this before any of your data leaves your systems.
